Loan Financing
The DEH CHO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTRE is committed to providing business loans to clients in the Deh Cho region. Our client-centered approach means that we:
-
Get to know your business and its capabilities and shortfalls. No cookie-cutter financing here.
-
Work with you to ensure the loan requested fits the business`s current needs. Nothing worse than having to request further financing in the near future.
-
Ensure the business is able to repay the amount borrowed with expected revenues. We can help develop forecasts to take a look at possible scenarios.
-
Process applications as quickly as possible with smaller loans being done in 1 to 2 days.
-
Often put collateral in place without lawyers to keep costs low and ensure timely disbursements.
-
Work with your business to help you repay the loan in difficult times. No one will be more flexible.
